One-time setup fees, domain registration, and white-label activation are non-refundable.
If any premium template, hosting space, or training support has already been availed, refund is not applicable.
Refunds are only applicable if:
You are unable to access the platform due to system errors from our side (and reported within 3 days of purchase)
Our support team is unable to provide resolution within 7 working days
To apply for a refund:
Send a detailed email to rfarmlands@gmail.com with your purchase receipt
Mention issue clearly with screenshots or screen recordings
Note: Refund approvals are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment source.
Initiating chargebacks without prior communication may lead to permanent account suspension. We encourage dialogue and resolution before any formal dispute.
